![]() Children learn how to roll, jump, and how to safely move upside down. Foundation gymnastics is for children of school age and will teach the child the fundamentals of gymnastics, including skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. |
![]() Active Start gymnastics offers pre-school children a structured session with basic gymnastics movements incorporating balancing, rolling and hand/eye coordination. All 3 5 year old children will be working towards their Level 1, 2 and 3 pre-school proficiency awards through British Gymnastics. |

![]() Our Foundation Gymnastics Classes are the first level in our junior programme and are designed to give children a good foundation in the sport of gymnastics. The hour long sessions consist of a warm up followed by three gymnastics activities focusing on improving, balance, coordination and strength as well as learning basic gymnastic skills. |
